Match Results against Harberton on 15 June 2014

Match Day Captain: Robert Ward

On the last day of the 2014 tour, GCC were put into the field on a hot sunny afternoon.

With some unique bowling from all members of the bowling team, interspereds with the occasional excellent delivery. Harberton CC scored 217 for 7 wickets off 40 overs.

After a superb tea, GCC went into bat, the opening pair Richard and Rob Ward started to build a partnership when Rob hit a wide ball only to be caught. This caused the second wicket of Mark Webb to fall shortly afterwards with a pair of ducks on tour... Sadly the batting might of GCC ran out of batsman and overs but eventually made it a close game.

Grittleton CC scored 200 for all out off 39.5 overs.
